Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure high quality scratch cooking, and uphold our brand standards. You will drive inventory, ordering, and key P&L metrics while fostering a team-focused, guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and people leadership.
• Ability to manage P&L and control costs.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate teams.
• Must be 21 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook/Word to track operations.

Restaurant Kitchen ManagerCompensation Range: 57,785.00 - 70,500.00The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day kitchen operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting an unparalleled experience for Guests through scratch cooking, unique artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. Responsible for inventory, ordering and key P&L lines this position is critical to our restaurant success.
