Red Robin in Colorado Springs is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage inventory, orders, and key P&L metrics while upholding our guest-first hospitality.

Candidates must be 21+, have 2 years of management experience, open availability, and strong leadership. Knowledge of health codes and kitchen software such as Workday, Aloha, NBO and HotSchedules is a plus.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain required certifications/permits.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with strong leadership.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and hospitality-focused leadership.
• Solid working knowledge of P&L, inventory and cost controls.
• Experience with kitchen software such as Workday, Aloha, NBO or HotSchedules is a plus.

Restaurant Kitchen ManagerCompensation Range: 57,785.00 - 70,500.00The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day kitchen operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Responsible for inventory, ordering and key P&L lines this position is critical to our restaurant success.
