Red Robin in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality and guest experience. You will manage inventory, ordering, and key P&L metrics while acting as a brand ambassador and leading a high-energy team.

The ideal candidate is 21+, has 2 years of management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and is proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word.

As a Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting an unparalleled experience for Guests through scratch cooking, unique artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. Responsible for inventory, ordering and key P&L lines this position is critical to our restaurant success.
