We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team at Green Hills in Nashville, TN. As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensure food quality and efficiency, manage kitchen staff, develop food prep processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and front of house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. You will also handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by your General Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  2. Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
  3. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and high-pressure environment.
  7. Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances.
  8. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
