Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC & refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment. You’ll manage walk-ins, ice/shake machines, and hot-side appliances, with cross-training on other equipment.

The role offers sign-on bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime, with a company van and daily meals included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Must have own refrigeration tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Availability weekdays and every other weekend; on-call.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain walk-in coolers/freezers and ice/shake machines.
• Perform hot side kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs.
• Document requests and completions using a company tablet.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers and store leadership.
