Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. You will manage walk-in coolers/freezers, ice/shake machines, and reach-in units while supporting hot-side kitchen equipment maintenance.

The role requires 2+ years in refrigeration, ownership of your tools, and a valid driver’s license with on-call availability. A reliable van/work vehicle is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience (coolers/freezers).
• Must own tools/instruments for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple locations.
• Repair AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice/shake machines, and reach-ins.
• Perform hot-side kitchen equipment maintenance as needed.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Document work progress using a company tablet and report in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers and store leadership.
