We are seeking an experienced Hotel Host to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer enquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.
Greeting customers upon entering
Assisting customers with queries/complaints
Making relevant suggestions
Answering phone calls and making reservations
Experience as a Hotel Host
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Familiar with MS Office software
Effective communication skills
High school diploma or BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field is a plus
Some lifting may be required. This position may require 75%+ or more of time on their feet.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
