Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking passionate, experienced, and reliable coaches to join our team. If you love working with children, have a passion for soccer, excel at teaching the fundamentals, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer coaching and a dedication to fostering skill development. This role involves training and mentoring players of all skill levels, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive sports environment. The Soccer Coach will focus on developing players' skills, enhancing their understanding of the game, and supporting their growth as athletes.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of coaching, teaching, or working with children, specifically ages 4-15
- Must be coachable, willing to learn, creative, and detail-oriented
- Traits We Value:
- Dependable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
- Skilled at building positive relationships both on and off the field, with children, parents, and team members
- Availability:
- Minimum of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and 2 weekdays
- Hours of Operation:
- Wednesdays: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Floating Hours might be available on other weekdays and Saturdays
- Sundays: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Seasonal Schedule:
- Spring: Early April to June
- Fall: Early September to Mid-December
- Limited hours in Winter (January - March) and Summer (July - August)
- Transportation:
- Reliable transportation to commute to classes within a 45-minute radius
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using a mobile device for scheduling and communication
