Job summary

The Point Casino and Hotel is seeking a full-time Restaurant Host in Fayetteville, AR to deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment. You’ll be the first impression for guests, present menus, answer questions, and help guide their dining experience with friendly recommendations.

In this role you will keep menus clean, support the F&B team, observe diners for requests, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry at a casino/hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to remember or record orders accurately.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Basic familiarity with POS or restaurant billing systems (preferred).
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be obtained within 30 days).
• Class 12 or 13 Alcohol Server Permit (must be obtained within 30 days).

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Host, you'll play a key role as the first and sometimes last impression for our guests while eating with us at our venues! You will help us create memorable dining experiences by:

• Presenting menus, answering guest questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Keeps menus clean and organized.
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and determine when their meal has been completed.
• Support F&B Team Members to keep the dining areas clean, organized, replenished and ready for service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License through our PGST Tribal Gaming Agency
