Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort seeks a motivated Food & Beverage team member to provide fast, friendly, professional service at the bar and dining outlets. You will follow Saracen policies, maintain clean prep and service areas, and cooperate with kitchen and beverage staff to ensure quality and presentation throughout shifts.

Candidates should have excellent communication, strong customer service, cocktail knowledge, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests
• Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions according to recipes
• Inventory stock, fill requisitions, and coordinate with kitchen/beverage staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and service areas
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed according to guidelines
• Support casino hosts and participate in events and guest relations
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory policies and attend required trainings

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing fast friendly professional food and beverage service to Saracen guests All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures Internal Control Standards and objectives

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe and presents drinks to guests as requiredInventories stock fills requisitions and communicates with the kitchen and beverage department in order to maintain proper levels of foods and beverages at all timesMonitors prepares displays and maintains food items to insure presentation and freshness throughout the shiftOperates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety proceduresMaintains cleans organizes and stocks prep area in accordance with established property guidelines to include health and safetyMaintains a comfortable atmosphere by monitoring temperature maintaining furniture arrangement Dustingcleaning book cases shelving windows TV monitors and remotes vacuuming floors and rugs cleaning windows etcInsures all reading literature provided for guest is current to include news papers magazines and casino collateralMonitors and maintains bathroom cleanliness and supplies at all timesMonitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelinesServes as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photosPromotes casino events and programsWorks closely with Casino Hosts to prepare for and accommodate the needs of the guestWorks well with othersProvides personalized service and uses guest nameResolve service problems according to guidelinesAdheres to regulatory departmental and company policies in an ethical mannerOutstanding example of and a credit to Saracen Casino ResortProvides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant friendly and professional manner at all times Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staffMeets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policiesAttends all necessary training meetingsAssist in other projects as directedDuties responsibilities requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed Hours are determined by 24 hour schedule
