• - Reservation Management: Handle reservations via phone, online booking systems, and in-person requests. Maintain an organized reservation system and accommodate special requests when possible.
• - Seating Coordination: Manage the seating of guests in a timely and efficient manner, balancing table rotation to optimize guest satisfaction and operational flow.
• - Communication: Collaborate with the restaurant team, including servers and managers, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• - Problem Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or special requests, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• - Ambassador Role: Uphold the standards and culture of Elevage Soho Kitchen and Bar by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• - Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest inquiries and enhance their dining experience.
