Qualifications

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with the GM to implement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships and drive in-house and off-premises sales per marketing plans.
• Support profitability by applying effective management practices, controls, and safety policies.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment and be flexible to transfer to other Fazoli's locations.
