Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability to grow sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork within the staff.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and local community by growing sales and meeting EBITDA targets.
• Manage FOH and HOH results and ensure Ecosure compliance.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated by FOH Team.
• Communicate initiatives and tactics to drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and communicate with Managers and Team Members.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and follow-up with staff.
• Reinforce team skills and leadership behaviors.
• Identify and retain top team members.
• Control receiving and inventory levels and report concerns to AC.
• Create and delegate daily goals and monitor completion.
• Monitor scheduling and staffing to meet sales goals.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and company policies; manage funds and payroll.
