CEC Entertainment in Michigan is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensure resources and training for staff, and uphold company standards.

You will make daily scheduling decisions, build sales, recruit and coach the team, and maintain guest satisfaction while ensuring safety. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and adherence to brand policies; equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older; local law may vary for alcohol service.
• High-school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience, preferably in food service.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, support, and uphold product quality and cleanliness.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating guest expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.
