Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group operates a restaurant and golf facility in Daytona Beach, seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily service and oversee guest experience. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure course and dining standards meet our “Best in Class” expectations.

The role requires ServSafe certification, a BS in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience, and a track record of high-volume restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar).
• Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management/Supervision in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing, supervision, and scheduling for restaurant and golf operations.
• Ensure service, sales, and profit objectives are met; supervise and direct staff daily.
• Maintain sanitary practices and safety across restaurant, golf, and related facilities.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members; drive guest satisfaction.
• Uphold PopStroke standards and professional image; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
