Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Indianapolis is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant performance, guest experience, and team development.

You will own the restaurant P&L, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety and quality, and coach District and Store Leaders to deliver exceptional results.

This leadership role requires 3+ years of customer service with management experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for a people-first, brand-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and take proactive action to address gaps and improve results.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and compliance with company standards.
