Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant performance, including sales, labor, inventory, and guest experience.

You will own the P&L, develop teams, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards and a culture of accountability. The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience with at least 1 year of management, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and take proactive action to address gaps and improve results.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and compliance with company standards.
• Lead by example by working in all areas of the restaurant and supporting the team during peak periods.
