Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States to lead restaurant operations with a focus on people development and guest service. This role emphasizes creating a high-energy team environment and delivering WOW experiences for guests in a fast-paced setting.

The GM will champion the brand in the community, manage business planning, and ensure top operational performance while maintaining facility standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required.
• Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
