Qualifications

• Develop People: lead, coach and develop restaurant team to deliver WOW service.
• Create Great Guest Experiences: model and ensure fast, friendly, accurate guest service.
• Brand Champion: represent Krystal in the community and uphold brand standards.
• Business Planning: manage financials, forecasting, scheduling and inventory controls.
• Maintain Facility: ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are met.
