Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar in food service leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18+, valid driver’s license, pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to maximize sales, profitability, quality, service and cleanliness.
