Fuzzy's Taco Shop in California is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead daily team activities. You will coordinate training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards to ensure consistent quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong cash handling, and a focus on cleanliness, safety, and profitability. You will work cross-functionally to maintain SOPs and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, training, guest relations, and staff direction.
• Ensure that all food and products follow the standard operating procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness to ensure the appearance of the facility.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation policies.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Follow up on paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure deliveries are received correctly and in the proper condition per policies.
• Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for policy violations.
• Achieve objectives in service, quality, sales, and profitability.
