Job summary

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is seeking a General Manager responsible for all restaurant functions, including directing daily operations, training staff, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining guest relations, and upholding company standards and culture.

You will supervise team members, ensure food and products follow SOPs, manage cash handling, complete paperwork timely, verify deliveries, administer corrective actions, and drive service quality, sales, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and products follow the standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that the team follows the standard operating procedures of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure the appearance of the facility through the training of employees and by creating a positive, productive working environment.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Follow up on all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure that all delivered products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Achieve company objectives in service, quality, sales, and profitability.
