Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Norwalk, CA is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold brand standards. You will train teams, manage guest relations, coordinate orders, schedules, and reports to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive service, sales, and profitability, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and products follow the standard operating procedures.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness per SOP and create a positive, productive working environment.
• Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Follow up on all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure that all delivered products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Achieve company objectives in service, quality, sales, and profitability.
