Fuzzy's Taco Shop is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, staff training, cleanliness, guest relations and adherence to company standards. The role requires directing daily activities and ensuring quality food and beverage service.

You will manage cash handling, paperwork, deliveries, schedules, and the guest experience while driving service, quality, sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Ability to lead a diverse team and train staff.
• Strong focus on sanitation and cleanliness per SOPs.
• Cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Good communication with guests and team to maintain standards.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and company standards.
• Oversee food and beverage quality and timely service.
• Manage cash and receipts in line with policies.
• Coordinate paperwork, reports, and staff schedules.
• Monitor deliveries for correct counts and condition.
• Administer corrective action for policy violations.
• Aim to achieve service, quality, sales, and profitability goals.
