Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening of a new dining destination at MGM Grand, delivering guest experiences that set a benchmark for luxury hospitality. You will oversee all restaurant operations, shape a high-performing team, and drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume or luxury settings, and experience launching

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume or luxury settings.
Experience opening high-profile restaurant or venue openings preferred.
Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns and oversees daily restaurant operations, labor, scheduling, and inventory.
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team focused on guest experience.
Drive revenue growth, covers and reservation channel optimization.
Oversee policies, training, menus, and compliance for the restaurant staff.
Ensure top-tier service, presentation and brand alignment across the venue.
Maintain health, sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the operation.
