Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Georgia to lead a high-energy team and deliver WOW service for guests. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top performance across food quality, safety and guest experience.

As a single-site leader, you will develop people, champion the Krystal brand, and manage business planning and facilities to achieve strong results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and Above Restaurant Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop People: foster PRIDE values, recruit and develop top talent, coach shifts and leaders.
• Create Great Guest Experiences: ensure WOW service and guest satisfaction, respond to feedback.
• Brand Champion: act as Krystal ambassador and drive local promotions and community involvement.
• Business Planning: manage operating systems, forecasts, schedules, inventory, and costs to meet financial goals.
• Maintain Facility: ensure health, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
