Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success.
• Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders and crew; recruit and develop top talent.
• Coaches WOW service and creates a welcoming work environment; respond to guest feedback.
• Helps to bring the brand to life in the restaurant; supports local promotions and events.
• Maintains balance between high quality experience and financial goals; monitors sales and costs.
• Maintains health, safety, cleanliness and security standards in the restaurant.
