Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.
• Own restaurant performance including guest experience and operational results.
• Lead a high-performing team delivering guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management.
• Strong conflict-resolution, verbal and written communication.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members into future leaders.
• Follow inventory control procedures to support smooth operations.
• Drive scheduling, labor management, expenses, and local marketing efforts.
• Commit to food safety and company standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
