Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, seeks a General Manager in Las Vegas to lead all restaurant operations and build a high-performing team that delivers the Wingstop experience.

You will drive sales and profitability, coach leaders, ensure food safety and brand standards, and partner with the District Manager to achieve goals. This role requires integrity and strong people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
