Job summary

KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Chicago to lead people, operations, and financial performance of the restaurant. You will build a strong team, deliver a great guest experience, and have opportunities to grow into above-store leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
