Job summary

Shake Shack in Los Angeles is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. • 3+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with a focus on coaching and excellence.
• Knowledge of all financial aspects of business operations, including 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
