Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability including labor, inventory, cash controls, and security.
• Build and coach leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Complete inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
