Qualifikationen

• 1 year+ RGM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility; quick-service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment: standing, walking, lifting, moving in tight spaces, safe equipment use.

Aufgaben

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food.
