The role focuses on coaching Department and Shift Managers, setting goals, and building a strong team to deliver great guest experiences and sustainable growth. Previous GM experience in quick service or hospitality is preferred.

• Leads Department and Shift Managers; coaches and develops teams.
• Experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality preferred.
