Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Quanah, TX to lead a high-volume kitchen and dining operations. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive sales through efficient service and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant management, experience with P&L and budgets, and strong communication skills to coach a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash handling, talent development, and reporting
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders to maximize service
• Review and understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to drive business improvements
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience
