Border Foods is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with a people-first mindset, ensuring safe, welcoming experiences for guests and a strong, engaged team.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff, manage the P&L, control costs, and safeguard food safety and quality while upholding Border Foods Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• ServeSafe Certified and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Maintain safety, quality and guest experience standards.
• Schedule staff, monitor performance, and ensure cost controls.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development programs.
