Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a General Manager to set the tone for the restaurant, energize guests and lead a high-performing team. You’ll drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and align with company standards for exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes managing staffing, costs, and sales while upholding sanitation and safety. Earned wages are available through the company’s benefits program, with bi-weekly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP may allow younger depending on local law).
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years experience in restaurant industry with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance, or proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, quality of service, cleanliness and standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach and motivate the team to maintain high quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise business skills in cost control, financial accounting, inventory and labor management.
