Job summary

Qualifications

• Irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations.
• Restaurant management experience (QSR) or retail management experience; supervision preferred.
• Effective communication; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously; multi-task and solve problems.
• Adherence to appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost control; adjusts as needed.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Maintains files, records and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service mindset and guest focus.
• Responds to guest requests and helps resolve complaints.
