KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll manage profitability, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures; monitor inventory, labor, and financial reports, and take action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
