KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Buffalo, NY, to lead a busy KFC location with P&L responsibility and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will recruit and develop team members, monitor operations, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and high service standards. A bonus program and comprehensive benefits support growth and recognition within a nationwide franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Willingness to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move objects, stand and walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability by overseeing cash control, security, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach staff to achieve operational excellence and consistent guest experience.
• Conduct inventory counts on a biweekly basis.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant and ensure quality product and service.
