The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, and operational excellence to support growth and a positive work culture. Qualified candidates bring GM-level experience in food service or retail, with 18+ years old and availability to close 2 nights weekly.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibility in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience leading teams in food service or retail.
• Ability to recruit, interview and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GM.
• Coach and train employees to uphold operational excellence.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain product quality.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming guest experience and smooth restaurant operations.
