Job summary

HUDDLE HOUSE is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant, ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction, and create a positive work environment. This leader will coach, mentor, and care for the team while driving guest satisfaction.

You will hire, discipline, and develop staff, maintain brand standards, and strive to maximize sales and profitability through effective operations and team engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during restaurant hours.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Current ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgets while focusing on cost of goods sold and EBITDA.
• Manage daily unit paperwork and sales reports.
• Maintain highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Complete monthly Unit Inspection.
• Order all food and supplies needed to operate the unit daily.
• Hire and discipline staff.
• Delegate duties to staff when you are out of the unit.
• Hold monthly staff meetings to discuss relevant information.
• Establish community presence to drive business and increase sales.
• Enforce brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure all payroll data and related paperwork are completed correctly.
• Train staff in POS operations and front/back of house operations.
• Notify the District Manager or VP of Operations of hurdles to success.
