Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single Oakwood, GA restaurant. You’ll focus on profitability, guest experience, people development, and everyday operations.

You’ll report to the District Manager and oversee a team of 20–45 employees including an Assistant Manager and shifts. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, solid P&L understanding, and a commitment to guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owns the restaurant P&L and drives profitability through targeted actions.
• Raises guest satisfaction with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of staff to elevate performance.
• Manages scheduling, labor costs, and compliance with regulations and brand standards.
