Chipotle Mexican Grill in Knoxville, TN seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and build a strong, guest-focused team. You will hire, develop talent, ensure excellent hospitality, and drive a financially successful business.

You’ll oversee recruiting, scheduling, training, and daily P&L management while maintaining food safety and high service standards. This role offers growth and development opportunities within a values-driven culture.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Experience leading teams and managing people development.
• Strong understanding of P&L, scheduling, food safety, and sales forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Lead full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest-ready standards.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall financial success and meet annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
