Chipotle Mexican Grill in Memphis is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, and run the day-to-day operations of a high-performing restaurant.

You will oversee guest experience, staff development, scheduling, financial performance, and compliance while upholding Chipotle’s standards for quality and hospitality. This role offers growth within a values-driven, data-informed team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Guest-obsessed attitude and strong hospitality focus.
• Enthusiasm for developing people and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest-obsessed experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Be accountable for day-to-day operational business of the restaurant, including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure dining room remains clean and restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall financial success, achieving annual sales & cash flow plan.
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
