Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants in the United States. You will own the restaurant’s performance, develop your team, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering strong financial results.

As GM, you will oversee all daily operations, uphold food safety and brand standards, manage P&L, labor, and inventory, and coach leaders to build a high-performing team. This role requires hands-on leadership and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• QSR/high-volume management experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant profitability.
• Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze restaurant performance and turn opportunities into actionable plans.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of restaurant results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders.
• Analyze restaurant sales, labor, food cost, and other performance metrics.
• Take ownership of restaurant's P&L and financial performance.
• Drive sales growth and improve guest traffic.
