Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 2-4 years of operational management in QSR/retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong math and accounting skills to manage P&L and analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication and team-building ability.
• Dynamic, energetic leader, proactive and results-driven.
• Able to stock shelves, clean and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs during 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pizza Hut restaurant under company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit.
• Train employees, respond to customer service needs, and model expected behaviors.
• Lead culture of recognition while driving operational excellence.
• Control labor and ordering to meet the restaurant's needs and scale.
• Ensure health and safety codes are met and food safety standards upheld.
• Drive customer-focused culture and coach managers to meet service standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and margins to meet targets.
• Develop and execute unit-specific Annual Operating Plans with management.
• Monitor Speed with Service (SWS) and coach teams to improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on capital expenditure and vendor relations.
