Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods, operating Pizza Hut restaurants, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, train staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily activities, coach a team, and uphold brand standards in a high-volume setting.

You will drive customer satisfaction, manage P&L, labor, inventory and safety compliance while building a culture of recognition and continuous improvement across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of operational management experience in quick service restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong business math, accounting skills and analytical decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to train and coach managers and team members.
• 18+ years of age, reliable transportation, background check required.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability: recruit and develop high quality operators and managers; lead by example and culture champion.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: ensure programs, safety, scheduling, and local marketing are executed to standards.
