The role requires prior restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting. You’ll train crew, manage daily operations, and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room.

• Train and develop crew, shift leads, and Apprentices
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Own day-to-day restaurant operations: schedule, P&L control, sales forecasting, recruiting
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready standards
• Uphold food safety and compliance
• Support achieving annual sales and cash flow goals
• Schedule includes lunch, dinner, weekends
