You will oversee operations, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory controls while aiming to meet service and financial goals and drive profits for the location.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team coaching experience in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage food cost, labor, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
